Throughout his career, Tristan Heron has remained deeply committed to one simple belief: great educators never stop learning.

As an educator, Future-Ready Teaching Specialist and founder of Evolve EdTech, Tristan has spent more than a decade supporting students, teachers and school communities while continually investing in his own professional growth. Since beginning his teaching career in 2011, Tristan has worked across primary and secondary education, developing extensive experience while building a strong passion for educational innovation, future-ready learning and meaningful technology integration.

In recognition of his contribution to educational technology and professional learning, Evolve EdTech was proudly recognised as the Leading Teacher EDTECH Training Initiative 2025 in the Corporate Vision Education and Training Awards. This achievement reflects Tristan’s dedication to empowering educators with practical, engaging and confidence-building professional learning that makes a real difference in classrooms.

Beyond formal recognition, Tristan strongly believes that professional growth should never stand still. He has completed numerous professional learning programs, certifications and industry-recognised training opportunities to continually strengthen his knowledge and understanding of education, digital technologies, artificial intelligence, leadership and innovation.
